The “Delivery” time is an estimate from the moment the GiftCard leaves our Logistic center to its receiving.
Once the GiftCard leaves our Logistic center, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. You can choose a different Shipping Method for each order.
Express Shipping Delivers - within 2 business days
Standard EU Shipping Delivers - within 10 business days to countries in EEA
Deliveries to mailboxes are not performed.
You'll receive free Standard shipping in the all EEA countries (exceptional Bulgaria and Romania, where we have special issuing and delivery terms).
The cost for the Express shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

The cards ordered from GiftCards.eu are placed in the package of your choice and are well protected by a standard delivery envelope.
GiftCards.eu chooses which supplier will deliver your order. Some of our deliveries require the signature of the recipient (express delivery). The courier will make 3 attempts to find the recipient at the address you specified, after which he will return the shipment to us. In this case, the customer can choose: to pay for a new delivery or to cancel the order, in which case the redemption rules apply, according to the General Terms.
When returning a shipment, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours during working days. You will be notified by email when the card has been issued or in case additional documents are to be requested.
In case you place an order during the weekend, your order will be processed next available working day.
Once you receive an email confirming that your card has been issued, you can send the card to end recipient's email by logging in to your account, open your order and hit the button "Send".
Important! You are able to send the invitation for a virtual card to your own email address but it cannot be forwarded any further to another email address after that.
We've added email notifications to help you get through the order process as quickly as possible. Communication with us by email will go through the following steps:

- additional necessary documents;
- confirmation that the card has been issued and can now be sent.
The delivery fee is included in the issue fee.
Once the card has been emailed, you cannot cancel your order or request a reissue, because your card has already been delivered to its recipient. You can check when the card has been activated by its recipient on your account.
